    I love asparagus! There are so many wonderful ways to appreciate this treat.

    One of my favorites is saut├ęed briefly in a cranberry sauce. Throw in something chewy, like eggplant, tofu, or chicken and it’s an entree.

    I had my share of asparagus on Saturday and it was wonderful.
