woke up and looked out of the window to find this black sign on the freshly painted building opposite ours – went out to take closer look at who had managed to piss the residents off so soon and took pic. later that day saw the other sign spray painted next to interspar on keplerplatz with the dates 15.07.03.
does anyone know what 15.07.03 is for?

In the night from 14th to 15th july 2003 Seibane Wague died as consequence how he was treated by the police – like the stencel shows!!!
