Vienna subway drivers are the coolest. Yesterday evening the driver had to repeat every other station that the first door in the first compartment was locked due to technical failure. After the third round he said this:

“Dear passengers, the first doors in the first compartment is locked on the ides of March in memoriae of the murder of Julius Ceasar. This of course was just a tired joke to get your minds off the bills you might have to pay, the things you have to do and other worries you might have.
