What!?

Outside of “Wein & Co”, corner Naschmarkt.
Strange poster, attached to an advertisement announcement.

What does it mean? Strange form of anti-anti-promotion?

I suspect the banner promoted something like two bottles of Champagne for the price of one, which apparently is not a legal thing to do. Why they would brandish the admonishment then instead of just taking the banner down is beyond me though.

This looks too much like those “Parental advisor, explicit lyrics” stickers, so i suspect this just another creation from an advertising company

The paragraph in the URL talks about comparing with a competitor.

@arved: Comparing with a competitor? Where does it say that?
