First I thought: “How strange, they are selling christmas trees that were cut according to the astrological moon calender… how heathen!”
But then again… not the first heathen idea that has been absorbed by beloved monotheism…

there are beliefs that trees who are cut at a special time in the month “last” longer, as in they don’t get limp that soon.
I think it’s more an tradition than astrology.
