So, what´s so special in this key?
Why shall a copy of a simple key cost 9 (n-i-n-e) Euro in Vienna while in the rest of the Universe it costs something around 2 or 3 Euro?

you have been to the wrong place. OBI has special offers where they do it for 1€.
btw: if that is the key to your frontdoor, you might consider getting a new lock. But don’t get a “schlüsseldienst” to do it for you, because then you’ll have really high prices to complain about.
