* Im not sure what a spenglerei is. I guess is something related to buildings construction, but I ask for help from the Austrian friends out there

A “Spengler” can be either a plumber or a car body mechanic. Judging by the title, which says “Construction & Ornament”, I’d guess this was someone who made guttering and the like.
a spengler is similar to a smith, but works with sheet metals. there is an obvious overlap with other jobs, such as car mechanics and plumbers, but it’s not an either/or thing. gutters are spot-on, but some houses’ facades are completely made from metal (e.g. aluminium); this would also be a job for a bauspengler.
spenglerei ist simply the shop of a spengler, just like osterei is the shop of an oster.

That’s interesting - I’d always thought a Spengler was some sort of carpenter…
