Call of the Wild: Tarzanology

Stefan Tiron will held a lecture about Tarzanology and post-colonialism at the monochrom space in Museumsquartier on 23 November 2005, 8 PM.

Stefan Tiron was born in 1976 in Romania, studied and lived in Germany (Berlin) and the US (Anchorage, Philadelphia) and has a degree in the History and Theory of Art at the Art University Bucharest. He is busy trafficking information between several cities, scenes, geographic areas; between the natural sciences and the arts; promoting noise, local youth subcultures and counter-cultural moves. He is currently part of the artist in residence program at the Museumsquartier 21 in Vienna, invited by monochrom.
