    Please tell me that their uniform does not involve a brown shirt.

    They’re fine on hottie UPS drivers, but not on be-Eagled security thugs.

    oh please! wouldn’t brown uniforms make them look more harmless? (which wouoldn’t be in their best interest anyway.) sure, the logo is reminiscent of the branding used to promote certain fascist regimes, but it isn’t any more similar to, say the NSDAP eagle than the austrian flag, and ups brown isn’t terribly different from the olive green colour of uniforms of the austrian army. let’s leave it to our right-wing parties to play childish colour games, no?

    no beef with the “let’s hope they’re not wearing evil brown shirts” joke, just wanted to point out on the side that i wouldn’t quite approve of a ‘brown shirts per se are evil” attitude in the first place and utterly forgot to state that the whole rest of my comment was what i was thinking after the article and wasn’t aimed in your direction at all. you know, busy day, haste makes waste and all :-)
